This time we are talking about workout routines, and question I have asked was: “Do you have some Signature Workout Routine?

Now this is answer I got from B. Rankin:
One of my favorite upper body routines is the 15 down.

Exercises:

  • Push-Ups
  • Pull-Ups
  • Dips
  • Toes to bar

Execution:

  1. Do it as a circuit.
  2. No rest between exercises.
  3. No rest between rounds.
  4. Start with 15 reps then 14, 13, 12 etc. until you get to 1.

I like this routine a lot because it can be as hard or as easy as you want it depending on individual fitness level. A beginner could start with a 5 down and a very fit person could really challenge themselves with a 25 down. As a person progresses more advanced moves can be substituted for the basics.
