Since it is Sunday and I feel lazy I won’t spend much time for unnecessary talking/writing here.

Usually Sunday is a rest day for me, but I really felt lazy today and I had to do something about it. I didn’t want to overdo things so I came up with short workout with just 3 exercises included, and best thing is that it takes just 10 minutes to finish it up.

OK, so let me now explain what AMRAP 10 means before we jump to workout details…

AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible
10 = 10 minutes
So together it means: As Many Reps As Possible in 10 minutes.

  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 5 Clap Push Ups
  • 5 Toes to Bar

Workout instructions:

  1. Box height = 50 cm (20 inch) minimum (you can use lower if you don’t feel comfortable with these).
  2. Clap Pushups = Try to make these explosive as possible and to push as high as possible off the floor.
  3. Toes to bar = Try to keep your body steady, avoid swinging motion.
  4. Goal is to perform as many cycles and reps as possible in 10 minutes time frame. Also try to beat your reps every time you get back to this workout.

That is it for today!
I know it is not much, but like said, this is just to wake up your body on this lazy day.
