Hit your FAT with 0-60 HIIT Fat Burning Workout Routine

Sunday is usually considered as day when we just want to take time for ourselves, our family and do nothing that could cause breaking some sweat. There might be other rest days during the week, but nothing can beat getting lazy on Sunday.

For those of you who are still thinking about some workout on Sunday and you would like to keep it short as possible I suggest you to simply do some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). HIIT will get your heart pumping and your body will burn decent amount of calories in short amount of time.

Sunday Fat Burning Workout Routine:

Exercises:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Squats
  • 30 Lunges
  • 40 V-ups
  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 60 seconds Plank

Workout instructions:

  1. Do 10 Burpees.
  2. Take 15 seconds rest.
  3. Do 20 Squats.
  4. Take 15 seconds rest.
  5. Do 30 Lunges.
  6. Take 15 seconds rest.
  7. Do 40 V-Ups.
  8. Take 15 seconds rest.
  9. Do 50 Jumping Jacks.
  10. Take 15 seconds rest.
  11. Do 60 seconds Plank.
