Sprinting Burst - HIIT 015 Workout Routine

Running is quite popular when it comes to exercising and it is easy to imagine why, and if you have a chance to run in some nice nature surrounding, then all sounds even better.

Many people are running in order to burn body fat, but they don’t realize that running long miles will not be as beneficial for fat burn as they wish. I’m not saying that running is not useful, I’m just saying that fat burning can be achieved with far less time consuming training, and for me personally time means a lot… and that is why in my book HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the best and most efficient way to burn some body fat.

Since I’m already talking about running I have decided to make this HIIT workout routine based on it, but instead doing some moderate pace running we are going to do all-out sprinting bursts.

Let us now get back to our Sprinting Burst Workout Routine…

Exercises:

  • 20 Narrow Push Ups
  • 100 meters Sprint
  • 20 V-Ups
  • 100 meters Sprint
  • 20 Sumo Squats
  • 100 meters Sprint

Workout instructions:

  1. Do 20 narrow push-ups.
  2. Take 15 seconds rest.
  3. Go all out on 100 meters sprint.
  4. Take 15 seconds rest.
  5. Do 20 V-Ups.
  6. Take 15 seconds rest.
  7. Go all out on 100 meters sprint.
  8. Do 20 Sumo Squats.
  9. Take 15 seconds rest.
  10. Go all out on 100 meters sprint.
  11. Rest for 60 seconds.
  12. Execute 3 – 5 cycles.
