What makes difference in most cases is the fact that abs are located in “cold spot” when it comes to fat burning, and by “cold spot” I mean in place where fat is last to go away.   1. You need to set your diet in proper way to lower your body-fat percentage.
  2. Work hard to get them bigger and stronger (shredded).

This is nice combo of 5 abs exercises which will make you feel the burn. It is up to you how effective this will be, as any other exercise you need to concentrate and squeeze.

Rock Solid Abs Workout Routine Exercises:

  • 30 Leg raises (on floor)
  • 20 Reverse crunches
  • 30 V-ups
  • 30 Windshield wipers (15 each side)
  • 50 Alternating heel touches (25 each side)

Workout execution:

  1. Perform exercises in given order.
  2. Change reps numbers if needed.
  3. Take 15 seconds rest between exercises.
  4. Take 60 seconds rest between cycles.
  5. Perform 3-7 cycles (depends on your fitness level).
