Peanut Butter and Berries Snack – Paleo Style
Energize yourself between meals with this delicious snack
From my personal experience I know that sometimes we feel so drained and need to eat something that will get us energized, but at the same time we don’t want to ruin our appetite for upcoming big meal (lunch/dinner).
“Thanks GOD” I have found simple solution that will fill you with energy… Peanut Butter and Berries Snack!
- 1 cup of berries (blueberries are my personal best in this case)
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter (almond butter is also great substitute)
- Put all ingredients into bowl.
- Mix (with spoon).
- Enjoy your snack!
