15 minutes HIIT workout that will melt your fat away!

As usually we are back with simple HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routine that will blast your body fat away. This might not look much at first sight, but trust me you will feel it in every part of your body if you really do your best to give it all out while executing this HIIT workout.

Which exercises are included in today’s HIIT workout?
As mentioned in title we are executing just 2 exercises in today’s routine and those 2 exercises are kettlebell swings (2 handed) and mountain climbers.

How it is done?
As usual you need to warm-up and stretch a bit before we start with real work.
Set your timer to 15 minutes countdown.

Round 1:

  1. Perform 20 KettleBell Swings
  2. Take 15 seconds rest
  3. Perform 60 Mountain Climbers
  4. Take 15 seconds rest

Round one is done!

Repeat this for as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes. No rest between rounds!

Reminder: It is important to push hard and do as many rounds as you can without compromising your form. Take notes of how many rounds and reps you did and try to beat that every time you come back to this workout.
