Feel your body with Full Body Pump High Intensity Interval Training workout routine
Sometimes I feel like working out but I have no clue about what should I do for that day… Should I train arms, chest, legs…? There are also other times when I would just love to do something but I simply don’t have enough time for decent workout session.
If you find yourself in similar position and you would like to do something about it, but you don’t know what… do what I do and take 15 minutes or even less for quick and intense workout. HIIT workout is always great answer for those who don’t know what to do or don’t have enough time for their regular workout.
High intensity interval training is great way to burn fat, make your heart pumping hard and to feel your muscles in shortest time possible.
OK, I will stop persuading you now, but you should try it and you just might like it.
Let us now get back to our HIIT workout routine…
- 5 Clapping Push Ups
- 5 Pull Ups
- 5 Squats
- 5 Hanging Leg Raises
- Prepare stopwatch.
- Perform exercises in given order.
- Take no rest between exercises.
- Try to take as little rest as possible.
- Do 10 cycles.
- Give your best and try to complete this workout in shortest time possible.
- Record/write down your time so you can compare it next time you do same workout routine.
