Fantastic Four – HIIT Workout Routine

Another day just came around and I thought “today I should take a rest day”… but many times I consider my rest day as time for some cardio or time for some HIIT workout, which sounds even better. Don’t get me wrong here, I agree that you need to take some rest and give your body a chance to refuel and get ready for new challenges, but today I just didn’t feel like I need it.

As usual first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning is food… and today was no different. After preparing and enjoying my protein and calories rich breakfast I got this “I feel so great” feeling, which was followed by “I should workout” idea. Since my stomach was so full I had to wait a little bit and that gave me enough time to think about my workout for this morning. That is the story about how I came up with this HIIT workout routine and I sure hope you like it as much as I did.

Now let us see what is Fantastic Four workout routine made of…

List of included exercises:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 KettleBell Swings
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 80 Jumping Jacks

Workout instructions:

  1. Perform exercises in given order.
  2. Keep proper form while performing exercises.
  3. Take 10 seconds rest between exercises.
  4. Take 40 seconds rest between cycles.
  5. Execute 5 – 10 cycles (depends on your fitness level).
