Wake-up call is on schedule today and don’t try to ignore it.
I guess all of you are already familiar with squats, and most of you is also familiar with burpees, but today we are bringing these two exercises together and setting them up in different way. These 15 minutes are going to be challenging for whole body and mind.

So what are we having today?
As mentioned already, we are joining burpees and squats into one complete body workout routine that is going to wake you up for sure.

How it is done?
First you need to warm-up and stretch a bit before we start with real work.
Now set up your timer for 30 seconds for work and 15 seconds for rest (all together you need 20 cycles/10 each).

Round 1:

  1. Start with burpees and do as many as you can in 30 seconds.
  2. Take 15 seconds rest (don’t sit).
  3. Do as many as you can squats in next 30 seconds.
  4. Rest for 15 seconds.

Round one is done!

Now repeat this for another 9 rounds (no rest between rounds) and let me know how did you feel after you did this one.

Reminder: Always push as hard as you can, and if possible write down how many reps you did per cycle so you can track your progress in future.
