I have started another day with another High Intensity Interval Training workout routine and believe me there is no better way to start your day then with morning workout routine (that is once you get used to it).

It might be tough to start moving when you wake up in early morning, but you just have to say “I’m going to do it no matter what” and once you complete first round of your morning exercises it all gets easier.

In the end you will always be glad you did it once you finish your morning workout.

Let us now get back to workout routine I have prepared today…

Workout routine exercises:

  • 40 High Knees
  • 20 Lunges
  • 40 High Knees
  • 20 Squats
  • 40 High Knees
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 40 High Knees
  • 30 Mountain Climbers

Workout instructions:
Try keeping tempo as high as possible.

  1. Take 10 seconds rest between exercises.
  2. Take 45 seconds rest between cycles.
  3. Complete 5-10 cycles (depending on your fitness level).
