You don’t have time for workout?

7+Minutes HIITI have heard all kind of excuses and to be honest I always thought “SAME OLD BORRING STORY”.

As you can see from the title this workout will take just a bit more than 7 minutes and it can be done anywhere. Please don’t say that you got no time for workout during the day or something, just set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier and you are ready to go.

Why 15 minutes earlier when workout is taking just 7 minutes?
Well I guess you need to warm-up and do some stretching before you start with workout.

Now let us get back to workout…

This time we are doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout routine based on next exercises:

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Push-Ups
3. Wall-Sit
4. Crunches
5. Chair Step-Ups
6. Squats
7. Triceps Dips (these can be done with bench, chair, bed…)
8. Plank
9. High Knees Running in Place
10. Lunges
11. Push-Up Rotations
12. Side Plank

 

Instructions:
Perform each of listed exercises at high intensity level for 30 seconds followed by a 10 seconds rest.
If you feel like doing more just repeat the cycle as many times as you wish with 30-60 seconds rest between cycles.
