Triple Ten HIIT Workout Routine will make you feel your body in just 20 minutes
Many times people come with excuses like “I don’t have time for workout”, but everyone who is serious about taking care of his/her body knows that if you really care, than you should always be able to make some time and get your workout done.
You don’t need to spend hours in gym to get your body working hard, and you don’t need a bunch of equipment to get things done. 20 minutes can be more than enough to “kill your body”, and all you need in general is your own bodyweight which is always there for you. In case you would like to make step further than you can buy few simple pieces of equipment, like dumbbells, pull-ups bar, kettlebell, resistance bands… Few bucks and you can cover quite wide range of possible exercises.
Today I have prepared another HIIT workout routine (High Intensity Interval Training) which requires just one piece of equipment (kettlebell) and will make you sweat for sure. I can guarantee that these 3 simple exercises will make you feel your body.
OK, so let us now get back to today HIIT workout routine…
Exercises to perform:
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 KettleBell Swings
- 10 Sumo Squats
- Set countdown timer to 20 minutes.
- Perform exercises in given order.
- Take no rest between exercises.
- Take NO rest between cycles.
- Count the number of cycles you have completed in 20 minutes.
- Count the number of reps you have completed in last cycle (if you didn’t finish last cycle).
Reminder: Write down the number of cycles and reps you did so you can compare them next time you run same routine. That way you will be able to keep track of your progress.
