I’m sure that by now all of you have already heard about CrossFit.

Many people are crazy about crossfit, and there is also a big bunch of people who hate it for some reason. I personally love the way they make you work and push your limits.

CrossFit is let say a blend of weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics and more. This time we will take under consideration simple looking, yet challenging bodyweight workout called Cindy. I don’t know why this workout routine have girly name, but I can say for sure that this girl is gonna make you sweat.

OK, let us now get to routine part…

Round 1:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.

Reminder: Don’t cheat and count half reps. In case you still choose to do it remember that you are cheating only yourself.

Try it out, push hard and submit the number of rounds you have handled in comments section.
