How does 1 day diet plan looks like when we have Strong Girls in mind?
I know it is always interesting to see what strong guys do and eat in order to get stronger and stronger, but this time I thought I should spice up all this and make it more interesting… Yes I have asked the same questions again, but this time the answers were given by super strong and flexible girl.
Her name is Reka Engyel and I’m sure that if you take some time to find her on Facebook you will be absolutely amazed by her performance.
I don’t know about you guys, but I sure love seeing girls in action.

Could you give us example of your 1 Day Diet Plan?
My 1 Day Diet Plan usually looks something like this:
Breakfast: Oatmeal porridge with cinnamon and maple syrup
Snack: Nuts and dried fruits
Lunch: Brown rice with vegetables and shrimps
Snack: Oatmeal cookies
Supper: Fruit salad with yoghurt
Any Food tips you would like to share?
I think the most important thing about eating that the food must be healthy and the level of nutrients must be high. The high-fiber foods are also essential for the vitality and good digestion. The minerals are very important for your body stay healthy when you are training. I prefer the natural nourishments.
What is your favorite Quick and Healthy meal recipe?
My favorite Quick and Healthy meal recipe (Creamed tuna) is made of…
- 1 can tuna with extra virgin olive oil
- 2 boiled eggs (mashed)
- 2 clove mashed garlic
- some lemon juice
- white pepper
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients, and spread on slices of rye bread. Serve it with a lot of vegetables.
What is your opinion about supplements?
I think it’s very dangerous to use synthetic supplements because of the artificial chemicals. If you follow your healthy diet then you don’t have to use any other supplements.

Do you have some Signature Workout Routine?
Actually I do a lot of things. I work as pole dance and aerobic trainer, so every day is different for me. When I train myself I usually run minimum 55 minutes and then I work-out on the bars. My routine depends on my mood, everything I do is only for my pleasure. 🙂
