Matteo Deuanuis Spinazzola is one of those guys who spend a lot of time on training his skills and if you already know who he is, then I’m sure you know he is really good at performing them.
I’m following his videos for quite some time now and I’m always amazed with his control over all these great moves. He is not one of those people who think they know their stuff and all they have is poor form, Matteo is really nailing it, which I’m sure is result of his dedication and hard work.
Straight arms strength is something he is very familiar with and sometimes I wonder if his tendons are made of steel or something…

Could you give us example of your 1 Day Diet Plan?
Breakfast: milk/yoghurt with biscuits/cereals.
Lunch: ex. pasta + ham, salame or tuna + bread with creamy cheese ecc.
Snack (not always): bread with peanut butter or chips (my bad ahah).
Dinner: ex. Eggs + beans or meat + potatoes or pizza ecc.
Snack (not always): milk/yoghurt with biscuits/cereals.
Any Food tips you would like to share?
Try not to exaggerate when eating during main meals and try to eat the most clean you can, without taking away the pleasures of eating some “forbidden” food.
What is your favorite Quick and Healthy meal recipe?
I’m not good at cooking, I can just cook something very simple like boiled eggs, meat, pop corn… ahah
What is your opinion about supplements?
I never took them, but hey, anyone can do what he wants to do!

I don’t work on basics, just strength skills! Simply a lot of sets of the skills I’m working on.
