Ivan Kajtaz – another Street Workout Youngster and his 1 Day Diet Plan
It is nice to see what works well for other people when it comes to diet plan and that is main purpose of these “1 day diet plan” questions and answers series.
I know same things won’t bring same results for every individual, but it is nice to get some overall directions so you can get some ideas and plan your meals.
This time Ivan Kajtaz was ready to answer our questions and give us some insight into his 1 day diet plan.
In case you don’t know who Ivan Kajtaz is… he is youngster from Croatia, he is quite skillful when it comes to street workout and he is great inspiration to many street workout/calisthenics followers.
Questions were same again, but let us see what Ivan had to say…
Could you give us example of your 1 Day Diet Plan?
Breakfast: oats with honey + peanuts
Main meal: chicken or fish or eggs + rice + vegetables
Dinner: low fat cheese, eggs, or white meat
When it comes to in between meals I usually eat some fruit just to keep me going.
Any Food tips you would like to share?
For me things are simple… eat a lot of honey and fruit. That is what works great for my body and energy.
What is your favorite Quick and Healthy meal recipe?
Like you can see I like keeping things simple and that is why my favorite meal recipe is simple as it gets… my usual breakfast is my favorite thing, yes I just love oats and honey.
What is your opinion about supplements?
Real food is the way to go, but sometimes I just need something extra and in general only thing I take as supplement is vitamins, minerals and omega 3.

Do you have some Signature Workout Routine?
I would not say that I have some signature workout routine, I love working out no matter what. There is one thing I find myself working a lot on it and always feeling like I should improve it even more, and that one thing is Front Lever.
