I guess after final stage of Street Workout World Cup in Moscow every single person who is involved in street workout /calisthenics/bodyweight training knows who Dejan Stipke Stipic is.
He is young man with strong will and amazing dedication, and that is what brought him this far.
I guess most of you are wondering about what makes him this strong, what is his workout routine, what is he eating and so on.

Could you give us example of your 1 Day Diet Plan?
I’m not a diet man and that is why I don’t stick to anything specific at moment.
My usual meals look something like this:
For breakfast I usually eat milk and oats… simple, quick and healthy.
My Lunch and dinner are usually made of lots of meat and veggies (chicken breasts, fish, rice, spinach and other veggies).
When it comes to snacks I stick with things I like and are simple to prepare… In general I eat fruit, oats with milk and yogurt.
Post workout meal… I just make sure it is protein rich, things like eggs, tuna… work great for me.
Any Food tips you would like to share?
I don’t eat sweets, don’t drink sodas and I sure don’t eat junk food… So my tip to anyone who is thinking about building awesome body is to also try avoiding them as much as possible.
What is your favorite Quick and Healthy meal recipe?
Haha… as I said before, I just love oats with milk.
What is your opinion about supplements?
I don’t use any supplements, but I don’t have anything against it.

Do you have some Signature Workout Routine?
No, I don’t have any signature workout routine.
Which are your favorite exercises?
I love hitting my back and that is why I do a lot of muscle ups, wide pull-ups, neutral pull-ups, wide behind back pull-ups…
How much time you spend working out?
In general I work-out every single day for about 2 hours. I take rest day only when I feel like I’m really tired.
